Anforderungen an eine nationale Kreislaufwirtschaftsstrategie

Die Transformation unserer Wirtschaft hin zur Zirkularität ist auf besondere Voraussetzungen angewiesen. Insbesondere braucht es bestimmte, unverzichtbare Rahmenbedingungen für die Unternehmen der Kreislaufwirtschaft, eine nötige Verzahnung von Kreislaufwirtschaftspolitik und Rohstoffstrategie sowie eine Einbettung der Strategie in die europäischen Aktivitäten (besonders Green Deal und CEAP). Beachtung finden müssen daneben die Herausforderungen und Chancen der Digitalisierung sowie wichtiger stoffstromspezifischer Besonderheiten der Kreislaufwirtschaft (insbesondere Metall, Mineralik und Kunststoff). Die Unternehmen der Kreislauf- und Entsorgungswirtschaft haben hierzu Anforderungen an eine nationale Kreislaufwirtschaftsstrategie für Deutschland formuliert.

The transformation of our economy towards circularity depends on special requirements. In particular, there is a need for certain, indispensable framework conditions for companies in the circular economy, a necessary coherence of circular economy policy and raw materials strategy, and embedding the strategy in European activities (especially Green Deal and CEAP). In addition, attention must be paid to the challenges and opportunities of digitization as well as important material flow-specific features of the circular economy (especially metal, minerals and plastic). The companies in the recycling and waste management industry have formulated requirements for a national recycling management strategy for Germany.
