Conclusion
The increasing complexity of the market environment is forcing businesses to improve the productivity and quality of their processes. Since IT Services are an integral part of business processes, IT Service Providers are also forced to pursue the same objectives. The insights from the literature and from real-world examples show that Lean Six Sigma is an appropriate method to enhance the productivity and quality of Information Technology processes.
