Empirical Research Design

In this book we also aim to elaborate what real-world experiences exists concerning the topic: Lean Six Sigma implementation in IT organizations. Therefore we conducted an empirical research project. In this chapter we describe the design and the objectives of this project. Furthermore we explain how we carried out the within-case as well as the cross-case analysis.
