Recommendations

The findings from the literature review and the case study analysis has shown that Lean Six Sigma is an appropriate approach for enhancing the productivity and quality of IT Service delivery as well as IT Management processes. In this chapter we present the recommendations regarding the implementation of Lean Six Sigma in an IT Organization.
