Medienarbeit und Partizipation – theoretische und empirische Anregungen aus der Untersuchung von Radio- und Podcastprojekten im DaF-Unterricht

Im Beitrag wird das Erlernen von Deutsch als Fremdsprache als Prozess zunehmender Partizipation unter Zuhilfenahme elektronischer Medien verstanden. Am Beispiel aktiver Podcast-Arbeit und an zwei ausgewählten Fällen der empirischen Untersuchung von vier radiodaf-Projekten werden Produktions- und Partizipationsschritte detailliert dargestellt. Dabei stellt FÜR-DAS-HÖREN-SCHREIBEN eine komplexe sprachliche Handlung mit Partizipationsgelegenheiten dar. Der Beitrag schließt mit einem Plädoyer für mehr Teilhabeorientierung in der Fremdsprachendidaktik DaF / DaZ.

In this article, the learning of German as a foreign language is understood as a process of fostering participation with the help of electronic media. Using active podcast work as an example, the article outlines in detail the layers of production and engagement involved in this process on the basis of two selected cases taken from an empirical study of four radiodaf projects. WRITING FOR LISTENING is modelled as a complex linguistic action that offers diverse opportunities for participation. The article concludes with a plea for more emphasis on participation in the teaching of German as a Foreign or Second Language.
